Craft & Passion
Firstly if you love food as much as me you're in the right place.
My name is Richard and I started making pastry with my grandad at age 7
it was my time spent with my grandad that sparked a passion and love for food I have taken with me throughout the years.
I put myself through culinary college by cooking in local restaurants in Brighton (England) putting in the long hours and dedication needed to hone my craft.
4 years later I had a bachelor's degree in culinary arts and was on my way to Switzerland to start my Gastronomic journey into the big wide world.
I have worked in Michelin restaurants, and high-end catering companies, owned my own restaurant, and now I am focused on running my own catering company.
I have trained in the classical French kitchen and my take on food is a mixture of French, Fusion & European Cooking.
I like to experiment with the classics giving them a new twist, I never stay still and love Molecular cooking, and Sous Vide Methods.
My approach to cooking is non-pretentious done right with a lot of love.
