Wild Garlic Grass Pesto This is one of my Favorites, although it's a sign that spring is here , it can be used all year round.

Tip:
If you make the Pesto in large quantities you can freeze it down
I like to put it into the ice cube form so I can easily turn them out when needed.
Here’s how to do it
After Picking your wild Garlic Grass soak it in cold water and wash 3-4 times.
Dry with paper towel.
Rip up the wild Garlic grass and place into Food Processor
Add the Olive Oil, Pine-nuts, Grated Parmesan, & Seasoning
Blend well for approx. 2-3 mins
Portion into ice cube moulds.
Freeze and use within 6 months.
