If you make the Pesto in large quantities you can freeze it down

I like to put it into the ice cube form so I can easily turn them out when needed.

Here’s how to do it

  1. After Picking your wild Garlic Grass soak it in cold water and wash 3-4 times.

  2. Dry with paper towel.

  3. Rip up the wild Garlic grass and place into Food Processor

  4. Add the Olive Oil, Pine-nuts, Grated Parmesan, & Seasoning

  5. Blend well for approx. 2-3 mins

  6. Portion into ice cube moulds.

  7. Freeze and use within 6 months.
